Welcome to HobbyCon

HobbyCon is a one-of-a-kind gathering of learners and doers, where curiosity sparks discovery, passions are cultivated through practice, and communities form around shared interests. We aim to build a vibrant ecosystem of exploration and inclusiveness for every hobbyist.

What to Expect

As a vendor you choose how to experience HobbyCon! We offer spots to table (price varies for vendor types) and opportunities to do more!

Exhibitor

Vendors who plan to table can expect a 10x10 space in the HobbyCon exhibit hall and 2 free exhibitor badges. In order to encourage our small clubs and local groups, pricing will vary:

Community Organizations/Clubs/Non-profits $50/day
Businesses $200/day
Caterers $300/day
Extra space, chairs, electricity, additional badges, etc. will be available at an additional cost

Workshop

Workshops are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While hosting a workshop with HobbyCon is a great opportunity to advertise to new and existing hobbyists, we understand the costs that come with providing the tools, expertise, and time of a workshop. We're excited to hear your ideas and help bring them to life! Assistance may be provided by HobbyCon but is not guaranteed.

What to Expect

Vendors who plan to table can expect a 10x10 space at Solid Ground Arena (indoor or outdoor) and 2 free tournament tickets. In order to encourage our small clubs and local groups, pricing will vary:
