Vendor Applications

Vendor Application

Welcome to the HobbyCon Vendor Application! We are so excited to welcome a variety of hobbies to our event. Applicants can expect to hear back 5-7 days after submission. If you have any questions or find any technical difficulties with this form, email info@hobbycon.com for assistance.

Welcome to HobbyCon

HobbyCon is a one-of-a-kind gathering of learners and doers, where curiosity sparks discovery, passions are cultivated through practice, and communities form around shared interests. We aim to build a vibrant ecosystem of exploration and inclusiveness for every hobbyist.

What to Expect

As a vendor you choose how to experience HobbyCon! We offer spots to table (price varies for vendor types) and opportunities to do more!

Exhibitor

Vendors who plan to table can expect a space with a table and 1 free exhibitor badge. Tents and canopies are vendor-provided and must fit within your assigned space. In order to encourage our small clubs and local groups, pricing will vary:

Community Organizations/Clubs/Non-profits $100/day
Businesses $300/day
Caterers $400/day
Upgrades such as extra space, chairs and additional badges are available for purchase

Workshop

Workshops are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While hosting a workshop with HobbyCon is a great opportunity to advertise to new and existing hobbyists, we understand the costs that come with providing the tools, expertise, and time of a workshop. We're excited to hear your ideas and help bring them to life! With prior notice, assistance may be provided by HobbyCon but is not guaranteed.
